Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. WhatsApp and email messages sent outside these hours are answered the next working day.

What is a general order supplier?
A general order supplier is a trading company that supplies a wide variety of goods to businesses and institutions from a single source — for example office stationery, cleaning supplies, electrical items and hardware — so buyers deal with one vendor instead of many.
How do I get a quotation?

Is there a minimum order quantity?
We handle both small maintenance orders and large bulk orders. For imported goods, minimum quantities are set by the manufacturer and we will confirm them in your quotation.
Can you deliver to multiple locations?
Yes. We can split deliveries by branch or site and issue one consolidated invoice.
Do you offer recurring supply?
Yes. We can agree a regular schedule for repeat items such as stationery and janitorial supplies.
Import & export
Can Delta Enterprises import products from China for me?
Yes. We shortlist and verify suppliers, negotiate prices, arrange samples and inspection, coordinate freight and support customs documentation so goods reach you at a clear landed cost.
Do you help Pakistani manufacturers export?
Yes. We assist with buyer matching, product presentation, packaging guidance, export documentation and shipment coordination.
Do you handle customs clearance?
We coordinate with licensed customs agents and prepare the commercial documents so that clearance runs smoothly.
How is the price of imported goods calculated?
We provide a landed-cost estimate that combines the supplier price, freight, insurance, duties and taxes, clearing charges and local delivery, so you see the full cost before you commit.
Can you source a product I cannot find locally?
Yes. Send a description, specification or photo and we will source it through our sourcing service.
